Hailing from the phenomenal Phoenix Chapter, Sherida McMullan proudly serves as the Regional Member-at-Large for the Far West Region of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated. Guided by her leadership philosophy, A.D.A.P.T. — Action, Dedication, Accountability, Purpose, and Transparency — Sherida is committed to strengthening connection, elevating service, and telling the stories of our members across the Far West Region.
Sherida’s Jack and Jill journey reflects both depth of service and a passion for building sustainable, high-impact regional initiatives. She is the Inaugural Far West Regional Community Service Chair, where she established new regional service models and strengthened multi-chapter engagement that created our region's first engagement with regional blood drives as well as a region wide foster care initiative focused on teens aging out of the foster care system. She has also served on the National Strategic Partnership Taskforce, and had the privilege of being a 2024 Marion Stubbs Thomas Leadership Academy Fellow in addition to serving at the Phoenix chapter level in a number of roles. These leadership roles highlight her dedication to launch new programs, building community, creating meaningful partnerships, and amplifying the impact of mother members and teens alike.
Professionally, Sherida is an executive who builds market-defining strategies at the intersection of technology and people. With an engineering foundation and a record of driving both category growth and cultural transformation, she now pioneers employee engagement, AI adoption and cultural transformation across global organizations. She has guided multiple Fortune 500 companies—through complex transformations where technology, belonging, and business impact intersect. Sherida also serves on a number of boards in the tech sector as well as a Trustee for the Jack and Jill of America Foundation.
Sherida’s leadership extends beyond the boardroom and is rooted deeply in family and personal growth. Whether she is exploring new destinations with her spouse and teenager, beginning her day with weights, cycle or ending her evening centered around yoga. Sherida brings the same intention, balance, and love to her home life that fuels her professional and personal success. These moments of connection and reflection ground her leadership in empathy, grace, and purpose—qualities she carries into her service to the Far West Region.
