Qiana Amos
FAR WEST REGIONAL TREASURER
Qiana Amos is a proud member of the Increasingly Incredible Inland Empire Chapter and is honored to serve as Regional Treasurer for the Fabulous Far West Region. She joined Jack and Jill of America, Inc. in 2016 and quickly became an active leader—serving as Chapter Treasurer for three years, President-Elect for one year, and Chapter President from 2021–2023. She later served as Program Director for the 2025–2026 program year and was recognized as her Chapter’s “Mother of the Year” in 2025.
Her passion for service extends to the regional and national levels, driven by her desire to support mothers, empower chapters, and contribute to the growth and unity of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Qiana has served on the Regional Budget and Finance Committee (2019-2021), chaired the National Our Health Matters Task Force (2020-2024)—where she developed COVID-19 guidelines during a critical time—and served as Regional Program Chair (2024-2025). She is also a proud graduate of the 2024 Marion Stubbs Leadership Academy.
Professionally, Qiana is the Director of Rare Disease and Hematology at Optum, where she guides research and strategy to support patients with complex conditions. She holds a BS in Psychobiology from UCLA, an MPH in Health Services Research (Epidemiology and Health Administration) from Loma Linda University, and a PhD in Health Administration from Capella University. With deep experience in research, epidemiology, and data analysis, she is passionate about translating evidence into meaningful impact. She also enjoys teaching as an adjunct professor at several universities.
Qiana is committed to serving the Fabulous Far West Region with integrity and dedication, and to helping ensure the region continues to lead in fiscal excellence. She believes that strong financial stewardship strengthens programming, empowers chapters, and reinforces the mission of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. With a collaborative spirit, she is dedicated to uplifting mothers, supporting chapter leadership, and contributing to a region where excellence is both expected and achieved.
